Hoop Types

undecorated hoop

No Taping

This hoop is bare tubing, and sometimes has some writing printed on it. The join is covered by duct tape ( not very visible in the photo - it's on the bottom left-hand side).

Taping improves the grip of the hoops, but an untaped hoop (or two) still works very well as Idun demonstrates below. If you want to try decorating a hoop yourself this is the hoop for you

Vinyl Tape

Also known as electrical or insulating tape, this tape is smooth. It also adds some extra weight to the hoop. You can stick to a single solid colour, or go for two or three colours

Vinyl and Sparkly Tape

If you want something a little more glittery I can add some sparkle. These look especially good after dark.
